Lago Vista Course Maps

Lago Vista---Arrowhead Point, The Resort.

This club really seems to be getting their stuff together; their site has been truly transformed in the last few weeks. Go check it out:North Shore Disc Golf. Here you will find some beautiful photos and a lot more. Jon Peacock and I worked together through e-mail to put these maps together, and we hope you enjoy them. The two North Shore Disc Golf Courses are located in Lago Vista Texas, on the shores of Lake Travis. Lago Vista is northwest of Austin and west of Cedar Park on FM 1431. From Austin take IH 35 or US 183 north to FM 1431. Go west on 1431 to Lago Vista. Left on Lohmans Ford (Traffic Signal) and go three miles and turn right on Boggy Ford Rd.

Update on 3-27-03
Lago Vista Arrowhead Park Disc Golf Course tightens security.
Arrowhead Park Security Update: The long time LV Property Owners Assoc., (POA), security, Mr. Ray Ellison died after about a year of illness. The POA is hiring off duty police officers to patrol the parks and do security.

Arrowhead Park is a POA park and is suppose to be private and be for POA members and their guests only. If your asked if you are a member be honest, they have a members list, and be polite.
If asked to leave please do so.
Contact me by email or cell at 297-5642 so I can keep tabs on how private the park will be. I hope it stays open to all but if not I do not want disc golf to get a bad reputation in Lago Vista because more baskets and another 9 holes are in the works.

To Arrowhead Point: At the Y on Boggy Ford Rd bear left on Highland Lake Dr. Take the first right on National Dr. Take National Dr. to the end where it T's into Lake Front Dr. Take a right and then take the second left on Arrowhead Point. Park at the end of the pavement. Tee Box # 1 is on the right.

The Resort Course

To The Resort: At the Y on Boggy Ford Rd bear left onto Highland Lake Dr. Take Highland Lake Dr. all the way to the stop sign and turn left on American Dr. Park in parking lot near the circle at the end of American Drive.
