I'll be adding the baskets soon
I e-mailed Joe Painter, who is the city manager of Live Oak, in hopes of getting a course map. At the time, one was not available. Here is a description of the course in Joe's own words.

As of Texas 10 {2001} we now have 28 baskets, 24 with concrete pads and 4 with dirt pads.

Hole Dist. Par
301 3 elevated tee, cross wind tricky
234 3 dog leg left with water on the left and a slight up slope
260 3 basket on side of a slope, miss it and could roll for a longer putt
264 3 basket has OB concrete drainage channels on 3 sides
231 3 Drainage ditch in front of basket OB and basket on slope, was the first hole in one on the course
180&142 3 Two tees both shoot over water and thru trees but 142 foot has a dry way to go
131 3 dog leg right, ally through trees, water on entire right side and ally and basket elevated
191 3 open straight shot, gets the big arms going for an ace because water 35 feet behind basket. many wet discs
331 3 left to right S with water on entire right of fairway. can not see basket very well from tee
270 3 over drainage ditch (OB) either through trees or around the to a secure basket
261 3 Good to pull out CE discs because the next 4 holes have plenty of trees to get in the way
244 3 straight and sharp left dog leg at the end, is a good birdie hole in this group of holes
264 3 the cuss hole by many, can go two routes through trees or up and over this has almost been aced
296 3 through some trees, over a dirt mound, around a tree and into the basket sitting on the side of a slope.
531 4 first long hole but can be a birdie for the big arms, basket has tree coverage
351 3 basket is elevated, with concrete drainage ditch in front and on the approach shot, easy to be OB
564 4 this first of new holes, very narrow fairway with dog leg left half way to basket, big arms can loose discs here. up "gentle slope"
495 4 this is John Houck's signature hole with tree and more trees but several ways to throw, is on school land with first of 4 dirt tees
246 3 straight with tunnel to reach basket
214 3 this hole may go away some day, has a big fir tree to go around left or right to get to basket
219 3 several ways to get there over around or through trees, is a birdie hole for many
242 3 back across the street to new holes, this one has a tree tunnel
625 4 this is our longest hole can not see basket from tee, slight right than left up hill and plenty of rough to throw into.
399 3 one of my favorites, can not see basket from tee, 42 foot drop from tee to basket, dog leg right downhill
516 4 first part straight up hill with second part dog leg left up hill some more
276 3 35 foot drop from tee, can not see basket from tee, hard left at finish
276 3 can be 17 for front 18 holes, straight with brush on left
331 3 can be 18 for front 18 holes, elevated tee and basket, throw across concrete (OB) drainage ditch, wind can be tricky
back to practice basket to get ready for another round or two, total feet for the 28 holes is 8743 if you can follow the fairways!!!!!

Thank you for the information, Joe.
